Vine and wine in Ajara
Georgia, as a country of viticulture and winemaking, has been known since ancient times. We will talk about the ancient traditions and customs related to vines and wine according to the ancient artifacts preserved in the museum. We will keep an eye on the conditions and stages of the formation of viticulture in Adjara - winemaking as a separate branch. We will talk in detail about the grape varieties common in Adjara, their cultivation and care. After the ethnographic information, they will look at the items and tools necessary for grape picking, pressing and storage, and wine vessels kept in the museum. They will get information about different grape juice products.
The program is intended for: IV-IX class students.
